Aly and Josh’s spring engagement photography session in Columbia, MO started at Peace Park and ended in front of the historic columns on MU Campus. We lucked out with perfect weather and peak blooming time for peonies for the shoot! They had a super cute idea of holding a rustic wooden sign with their wedding date for a save the date card. We photographed them in a variety of ways with the sign, but I think the first photo below is my favorite.
I also wanted to give these two props for the outfits they chose for their outdoor engagement session! Aly wore a mint dress with a simple embroidery overlay, and Josh wore a blue-gray button up chambray shirt with jeans. I know picking out what to wear for these sessions isn’t always easy, but these two chose complimenting colors and simple, solid designs that I think really worked well for the photos!
